laily 4fc664d243 feat: split mise shared config from per-machine tools

Link mise/config.toml into ~/.config/mise/conf.d/dotfile.toml so
mise use -g writes the local config.toml instead of dirtying git.

使用

git clone https://github.com/hilaily/.dotfile.git ~/.dotfile

首先安装 fish

brew install fish 或者 apt install fish

然后初始化 fish

bash ~/.dotfile/script/fish-install.sh
