Summary

  • revert the untagged ACK one-off delivery routing and restore its three-role collaboration scope
  • add explicit-only ORC routing for code, release, DEB, and Docker stages
  • add low/mid/high Codex profiles with worktree-bound, fail-closed launch validation and exact credential selection

Verification

  • PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 PYTHONPATH=. python3 -m unittest discover -s tests — 269 tests passed, 1 skipped
  • isolated python3 -I -S config validation and installed-symlink/runtime smoke
  • exact ACK rollback check against the tagged v0.1.0 behavior
  • security and architecture specialist re-review: merge-ready
  • git diff --check
