When BUILD_VENUE=ci, init confirms tea/glab/gh/curl (or a custom
command) and writes .pouch/builder/ci-status.sh. wait_ci.sh only
polls that script and no longer guesses forge CLIs.

Production agents repeatedly failed before SSH because the launcher only accepted workspace-write profiles. Accept the explicit Codex danger-full-access profile through the same validated plan and receipt path, and cover profile, argv and receipt validation with regression tests.

short-ship and long-ship share one ship-id record under .pouch/ship/<id>/.
specifier writes PRDs into spec/; delivery-loop appends evidence pointers.
Old names stay as deprecation stubs so existing installs keep working.

用户默认在赶时间：每个动作、每次追问、每段输出都要能缩短拿到结果的时间。
先给结论再给背景、独立命令一次发出、能自查的不问用户、同一事实不重复、
无关线索不展开、同一路径两轮无产出就换方法。
同时划清边界：省掉的是多余动作与多余追问，不是必要确认——要求与实测冲突、
越界改动、破坏性操作仍须先问。规则编号顺延为 1-7，README 与案例文件的
判定标准同步更新。

把一次会话复盘中确认的浪费动作固化为硬规则，面向 DeepSeek Flash /
DeepSeek V4.1 Flash：先验证再实现、搜索必须有边界、只在被要求的范围内动作
（改项目外目录先问）、命令一次写对、测试按影响面、要求与实测冲突时报告并
等待确认而不擅自改需求。
不设运行时模型判定，只在 description 与正文标记适用范围，避免留出「模型标识
不匹配就不遵循」的逃生口。真实案例与代价放在 references/anti-patterns.md。
