 ##  Backup plugin version
 Because nvim have some breaking changes sometimes. I can not alwaexys use the latest version of plugins.
 ### Backup
 Execute `get_packer_snapshot.sh`. This script will backup all the plugin commit information to a json file.
 ### Restore
